I've been wanting to try them out since the "coming soon" sign first went up..and we were not disappointed.
We ordered bbq chicken vermicelli, rare beef pho, egg rolls and spring rolls. We ordered take out, and besides the logistics of getting pho to-go, everything was really good. The broth is light, the sauces are delicious, and the spices are on point.
We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our "go-to" list. -

The food - I have had Pho many times. This place is disgusting - definitely not made from scratch. So much grease and no true flavor. Literal chunks of fat in the bowl. The meatballs were horrible. I took one bite out of one and didn't touch them again. The "steak" was just a chunk of fat. The thin cut meat was all stuck together like it was frozen and just chucked in the bowl. Horrible. The spring rolls were nasty. The shrimp had such a strong smell. I'm pretty sure they should not have been served. Didn't eat those either.
The service - there was none. We were in the restaurant for an hour. I had to ask twice for the check and still had to go to the carry out counter for it. No one ever checked on us. Come to find out our server went home! What!?!?!
Summary - We don't recommend it and will not be back. -

If you know Pho then you know that this pho is made with a base and not from scratch. The staff is extremely unorganized HOWEVER today is the first day so I hope that after some time passes the staff has it together. Can't say we'll be back considering we know where to get homemade pho however I do hope they're a success
UPDATE - So we decided to give this place another shot considering we went way back when they first opened.
I upped my rating to 3. Our server explained that all week they were doing a special where you get a free app with your entree. So I ordered the grilled pork chop rice plate and my free app was an egg roll. My husband ordered the pho with tendon, meatball and beef. His app of choice was the fresh roll. Our meal came out pretty darn fast!!! I could tell the pork chop had been prepared ahead of time because it had that toughness to it like when pork starts to dry out. The flavor was that of the bbq ribs..... I wasn't expecting that flavoring but it was ok. It was bad it just wasn't great. They gave me a small bowl of chicken broth to go with my meal which I was a lil thankful for because I dipped my pork in it to give it some moisture. The egg roll was actually not bad. I tasted my husbands pho broth and could immediately tell it wasn't homemade.... it was made from a base, which I'm not fond of but again it wasn't bad just wasn't great. The service was ABSOLUTELY better this time around. I can't really say we'll be back because we weren't overwhelmed with "wow this is delicious" but again.... it wasn't bad , it just wasn't great . I am glad though that they've worked out some of the kinks. -

This is definitely an off brand of other Pho restaurants. Traditional restaurants seem to have a larger variety of flavor-packed selections. The location is great as there are several businesses in the area and this location is easily accessible. The restaurant seems well-maintained and wasn't busy at all. The service was great and the prices comparable.
The menu was somewhat shallow. The only difference in the pho seemed to be the meat selection. The dry selections were the same. There are maybe 3 appetizers on the menu. The pho was not packed with flavor and chili oil and salt was required to add flavor. The pho portions were enough for two. This restaurant really should be advertised as a pho express. -

Took wife here for date night and this was a great experience. Please don't let the negative reviews from other prevent you from trying this spot. I came
On opening night when they had electricity issues and still came back. New businesses need time to work out The kinks. Food was good and atmosphere was chill. Wait staff was friendly and meal was inexpensive.
